Aubert was established in 1999 by winemaker Mark Aubert and his wife, Teresa Aubert. They source their grapes from various vineyards throughout California, including their own estate vineyards, as well as carefully selected vineyards they have longstanding relationships with. Larry Hyde & Sons is their coolest site and benefits from the maritime influence of the San Pablo Bay. This unique climate allows Aubert to achieve optimally ripe grapes with a vin-de-garde personality.
