Comte Armand Auxey Duresses 1er Cru 2002 is a medium-bodied Burgundy red wine from Premier Cru vineyard plots in the Auxey-Duresses appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Known principally for its Clos des Epeneaux, which up until 1994 was the only wine it produced, Domaine Comte Armand is one of the leading names in the Côte de Beaune. Former estate manager Pascal Marchand persuaded the Armand family to invest in vineyards in appellations such as Volnay and Auxey Duresses, the latter being the source of this 1er Cru expression.
