Bonnes Mares d`Auvenay 2005
Bonnes Mares d`Auvenay 2005 is a dry, light-bodied red from Pinot Noir (Chambolle-Musigny, France), in the light, fresh reds style. Tannins are soft and acidity fresh; oak influence is some. Those scales describe the wine when young; this is a 21-year-old bottle and its tannin and oak will have softened. Good with duck, salmon, roast chicken, charcuterie.
