Brane Cantenac 2008 is a medium-bodied, Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux. Formerly owned by the great figures of Bordeaux wine, Lucien Lurton, Château Brane-Cantenac is a highly respected `Super Second` estate in Margaux. The estate has been owned and run by Lucien’s son, Henri, since 1992. "Solid wine, dark, firm and powerful. The black currant fruits shear through the tannic texture, giving a wine that is juicy, fresh, structured and definitely for aging." Wine Enthusiast, 2011
