Bressan Grigio In Grigio 2019 is a medium-bodied, skin-macerated white wine produced from Pinot Grigio grapes in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northern Italy. Produced from a single vineyard of low-yielding Pinot Grigio planted on iron-rich limestone soil, this copper-hued wine was macerated with its skins for about four weeks. It was then matured in wild cherry wood barrels for six years, with frequent bâtonnage, before bottling. A fragrant, deep and wildly complex wine with notes of ripe stone fruits, dried flowers, walnut husk and toasted almonds.
