Bruno Paillard Vintage Assemblage 2015 is a vintage Champagne produced in Reims, France. Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in Reims in 1981. The Vintage Assemblage cuvée is produced from the first pressing only of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from eight Premier and Grand Cru vineyard sites. About 25% of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and the wine spends seven years ageing on lees in the house`s cellars, with a further 12 months of resting in bottle after disgorgement. A vintage Champagne of striking elegance and complexity, with the ripeness of the 2015 vintage counterbalanced by a remarkable purity, freshness and silky texture.
