Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis Les Clos 2014 is a full-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Grand Cru climat of Les Clos in the Chablis appellation of Burgundy. Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils is a well-established wine producer in Chablis, with a history that dates back to 1814. The certified organic estate spans over 12 hectares and all the grapes are harvested by hand. Their Grand Cru ‘Les Clos’ is typically aged in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels, which allows the wine to develop depth while maintaining its freshness and acidity. "This could not be mistaken for anything other than Chablis as there is plenty of typicity to the white fruit and floral scented nose. There is also excellent size, weight, power and richness to the middle weight plus flavours that exude ample minerality on the overtly saline and hugely long finish. This is flat out terrific and is a classic expression of the vineyard." Burghound, 2016
