Domaine William Fèvre is often considered as a benchmark for quality and terroir expression in the region of Chablis. Using fruit from many of the most prestigious vineyards across the appellation, vinification is very traditional with fermentation and maturation on fine lees undertaken in a combination of stainless and seasoned oak (ave. 6 years old). The 2018 Vaudésir Grand Cru is another brilliant release from this highly acclaimed vintage. It is bold and expressive, offering up alluring notes of citrus oils, white orchard fruits, white flowers and dried herbs. Immediately charming yet with ample underlying complexity, this is an attractive early drinker but will happily rest in the cellar for the next two decades if desired.
