Merchant's description

Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, Pierre Damoy is an 11-hectare estate which is best known for producing red Burgundy from its grand cru vineyard holdings. The domaine was originally formed by Pierre’s great, great-grandfather, Julien, and it has never been split up. This is his Chapelle-Chambertin from 2005, a superb vintage in Burgundy. A medium-bodied wine, suggesting notes of red berries, sweet spices, liquorice, pine and a touch of mint.
