Denis Bachelet is a boutique domaine that has created a loyal following around its small-production wines. Based in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, the estate comprises 3.99 hectares of vineyards across different appellations. This Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is made from very old vines planted from 1907 to 1917. The 1993 vintage is now a fully evolved wine, with lovely tertiary notes of autumnal red fruits and very soft tannins.
