Château Chasse-Spleen is a renowned winery situated in the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation, just west of Margaux, which has consistently held the reputation as the premier estate in this appellation. Acquired by Jacques Merlaut in 1976, it has been under the stewardship of his granddaughter, Céline Villars, since 2000.
