Chateau Belles Eaux named after the numerous springs located in the immediate area is found in the Hérault, a few kilometers from Pézenas. Belles Eaux has carried on a wine-growing tradition for several generations. Winemaking - A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats followed by a quite long maceration lasting from 30 to 40 days. Afterwards, the wine is preserved into French oak barrels for 15 months Tasting Note: A fine structure holds together a perfectly poised arrangement of red berry and Morello cherry fruit characters punctuated by a twist of wild hillside spice and floral notes. Food Pairings: Flexible but poultry and grilled red meats top the list.
