Renowned, both for the production of white wines and red wines that combine elegance and finesse aromatic, the estate has returned to traditional organic viticulture. Cuvée Poncet-Deville, named in honour of its previous owner, is made from the best parcels and oldest vines of Château Saint-Robert Winemaking - Blend consists of 67% Merlot, 33% Cabernet-Sauvignon, traditional fermentation with 12 months in barrel. Tasting Note - Complexity is the key element, both spicy and floral with aromas of blackcurrant and dark chocolate. The palate is ample, balanced and persistent, it reveals notes of blueberry jam, liquorice and black pepper.
