Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat covers 10 hectares spread over 4 villages and 15 different appellations. Originally founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot, today the property is run by his talented grandson Charles van Canneyt, who also created a négociant business on the side. The 1996 Clos de Vougeot is still brimming with energy, with rich black cherry fruit and plenty of earthy depth. The wine finishes crisp and grippy, with complex notes of minerals and spices.
