Clos i Terrasses Clos Erasmus 2021 is a full-bodied red blend produced in the Priorat region of Catalan Spain. With a reputation for being the finest example of Priorat on the market, this 70/30 blend of Garnatxa and Syrah is produced from specific organically farmed parcels on the Clos i Terrasses property. The grapes were destemmed and vinified separately before being fermented in 10-15hl wooden vats and matured in 40% new 228l barrels.
