Colgin Cellars was established by Ann Colgin in 1992. Initially, she crafted her early vintages from vineyards near the base of the Howell Mountains in Napa Valley. Later, she acquired land on Tychson Hill and enlisted the renowned viticulturist David Abreu to oversee vineyard planting. Built upon the timeless essence of Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Tychson Hill showcases a seamless combination of dark red berries, cherry pit, velvety chocolate, and hints of graphite. The palate unfolds with a display of silky tannins, leading to a finish that strikes a subtle balance between sweetness and savoury elements. While brimming with textural richness, the wine gracefully glides across the palate, leaving an enduring impression.
