Domaine Gerin is situated in the Côte Rôtie at the northernmost point of the Rhône Valley. The estate`s primary focus revolves around a collection of Syrah wines sourced from vineyards in Côte Rôtie and Saint-Joseph, along with Viognier wines from additional vineyard parcels in Condrieu. Jean-Michel Gerin`s journey began in 1983 when he acquired his first holding in Côte Rôtie. Just four years later, he introduced his inaugural vintage, closely followed by his first single-vineyard creation, ‘Les Grandes Places’, in 1988.
