Merchant's description

Dom Pérignon Rosé 2003 is a limited vintage Champagne, characterised by a meticulous blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, including 20% red wine. The 2003 harvest, notably small due to a spring frost followed by an extreme heatwave, resulted in grapes of exceptional ripeness. This vintage undergoes a full 10 years of lees ageing, allowing for complex development and a balance of youth and maturity. Dom Pérignon, established in the 17th century by the Benedictine monk Pierre Pérignon, remains synonymous with quality and exceptional craftsmanship in sparkling wine. Presente here in magnum format.
