Château du Tertre is a Fifth Growth property situated in Arsac, within the Margaux appellation. The estate covers approximately 52 hectares of vineyards of which 70% are now biodynamic. The 2009 vintage is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 8% Petit Verdot. A medium-bodied, approachable wine, with notes of forest berries, hints of sage and mint.
