Located in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, Château Duhart-Milon is a Fourth Growth property owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild [Lafite], also known as the Rothschild family. The vineyards span over 76 hectares and are primarily planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Merlot. The terroir of the estate consists of deep gravelly soils, similar to its prestigious neighbour, Château Lafite Rothschild. The 2009 vintage of Château Duhart-Milon is considered to be an outstanding year for the estate. It was a highly regarded vintage in Bordeaux, known for producing wines of exceptional quality and aging potential.
