Etienne Calsac Les Rosé de Craie NV is a non-vintage rosé Champagne produced by Etienne Calsac in Avize, France. The assemblage of this wine is 89% Chardonnay (from Avize and Bisseul) and 11% Pinot Noir (from the Montagne de Reims) in which the Pinot Noir is blended into the base wine before secondary fermentation in bottle. An elegant, mineral-inflected pale rosé Champagne bottled as an extra brut (less than 6g/l of dosage).
