Etna Rosso Alta Mora 2023 is a red wine from the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, crafted exclusively from hand-harvested Nerello Mascalese grapes. The grapes undergo pressing and maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in 25hl wooden barrels, allowing for subtle integration with the wood before bottling. This vintage displays a deep ruby red hue with aromas of violet, blackcurrant and a hint of sweet spice.
