This is a beautiful Bordeaux blanc produced from vineyards in Listrac-Médoc. Le Cygne is a blend 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon and 15% Muscadelle, fermented and matured in oak barrels. The 2015 is expressive and intense with notes of gooseberry, nettle and lime juice.
