Fontodi Vigna del Sorbo 2020 is a medium-bodied, single-vineyard red wine produced from Sangiovese grapes in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, central Italy. Certified organic in the vineyards and combining modern and traditional, low-intervention winemaking techniques in their modern, gravity-fed cellar, Fontodi has become a byword for consistent quality and terroir expression in Chianti Classico. The estate`s Vigna del Sorbo is produced from organically farmed Sangiovese growing on `galestro` soil – a rocky, schistous clay found in the Chianti region`s best vineyards.
