Goutorbe-Bouillot Champ de Craie is a non-vintage blanc de blancs Champagne produced with Chardonnay grapes from the Marne Valley. This Extra-Brut cuvée is composed exclusively of Chardonnays from Goutorbe-Bouillot`s `perpetual reserve` , from vintages between 2000 and 2017. After blending, the wine is matured on lees for a minimum of 30 months before disgorgement. The dosage is 7g/l. Only 1,000 bottles of Champ de Craie are made each year. Aromas of white flowers, mint and lemon verbena are followed by notes of candied lemon and almonds, and a lingering finish.
