The 2005 vintage is a mature red blend made up of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 5% Syrah, providing a wonderful expression of the complex and elegant terroir found in Bolgheri, with lovely berried character together with mineral and liquorice complexity. Antinori’s Guado al Tasso estate débuted with the 1990 vintage, and covers 1,000 hectares of land stretching from the hills around the Tuscan village of Bolgheri down to the coast.
