Located in Dizy in the Marne Valley, Champagne Jacquesson has a relatively brief history dating back to 1978 when the Chiquet family acquired the brand and integrated it into their family estate. The base wine for their cuvées undergoes vinification in sizeable, aged oak casks. In certain cases, smaller 500-litre oak casks are employed for prolonged ageing or the storage of reserve wines prior to bottling. This Blanc de Blancs hails from the 1990 vintage and the grapes were sourced from Avize, a prestigious Grand Cru in the Côte de Blancs. A limited edition with only 480 bottles in production.
