Joseph Phelps Insignia 1992 is a mature, full-bodied Bordeaux-style red wine produced in the Napa Valley of California. One of the flagship wines of the property, Insignia has developed a loyal following since the 1990s and is seen here in one of its finest ever vintages. "An attractive dark plum/purple colour is followed by sweet aromas of creme de cassis, spring flowers and a touch of background oak. This opulent, full-bodied, sexy, full-throttle Insignia is drinking beautifully. As the wine sits in the glass, mature aromas of black tea and charcuterie begin to emerge. It should continue to age effortlessly for 10-15+ years." Robert Parker
