The 2002 vintage release is composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 39% Chardonnay and 21% Pinot Meunier. Fresh on the nose with notes of oranges, liquorice and chocolate biscuit character. Balanced and delicate on the palate with notes of blackcurrant, chocolate, candied orange peel, cocoa beans, honey with hints of smoke and toast.
