Merchant's description
Château L’If was purchased in 2010 by Jacques Thienpont and Fiona Morrison, who are best known for owning the famous Pomerol estate, Le Pin. The 2012 is a blend of 85% Merlot with 15% Cabernet Franc and is a wonderful example of modern Saint-Émilion. Though excellent to drink now, this should have solid short to medium-term cellaring potential.
