Domaine Rossignol-Trapet Latricières-Chambertin 2013 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Latricières-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits. Established in 1990, Domaine Rossignol Trapet began its conversion to biodynamic viticulture in 2005 and was officially certified organic and biodynamic in 2008. "Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting in Beaune, the 2013 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has a very composed bouquet with fine delineation, bright redcurrant and cranberry fruit, later hints of dried blood and potpourri. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, gentle and yet harmonious with gorgeous mulberry and red plum fruit, underneath which lies very fine mineralité. With great length to boot, this is an excellent Latricières from Rossignol-Trapet." Neal Martin 2016
