The Ganevat family has been tending to vineyards in the hamlet of La Combe in the southern Jura region since 1650. However, it is only in the last twenty years that the exceptional winemaking skills of the fourteenth-generation vintner, Jean-François Ganevat, have propelled the estate to international acclaim. Anne and Jean-François Ganevat blend old Gamay, Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir once again for this cuvée P`tiot Roukin. Indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and a winemaking process without sulphur dioxide.
