Merchant's description
The fifth release from Leclerc Briant, Abyss 2016, is a blend of 34% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier and 33% Chardonnay, produced from grapes that were specifically selected from vineyards with ancient marine limestone soils. Matured for 3 years on the lees before being disgorged, corked without additional sugar then aged off the coast of Brittany, on the seabed at a depth of 60 metres.
