Lutetien Legrand-Latour 2021 is an artisanal Champagne from the Legrand-Latour estate in Fleury-la-Rivière. This cuvée is named after the Lutetian limestone era, reflecting the fossil-rich soils of the Marne Valley where the grapes are grown. Winemaker Thibault Legrand utilises minimal intervention and very low dosage to allow the geological character of the site to shine. It is a unique and terroir-driven Champagne, offering a complex profile of citrus pith, white flowers and a distinct chalky finish.
