Yprésien Legrand-Latour 2021 is an artisanal Champagne from the Legrand-Latour estate in Fleury-la-Rivière. This cuvée is named after the Ypresian geological sub-stage, highlighting the estate`s focus on the fossil-rich clay and sand soils of the Marne Valley. The wine is produced with minimal intervention and a very low dosage to ensure the saline minerality of the site remains prominent. It offers a bouquet of citrus pith, crushed stones and dried herbs, with a sharp and focused acidity.
