The vineyards are located between the plain of Saône and the Mâconnais mountains with exhibitions varying from West to East. Winemaking - The harvest is destemmed then put in tank, to be heated for 12 to 18 hours depending on the colour potential to be extracted. The tank is then cooled to undergo alcoholic fermentation. Tasting Note - Graceful tannins combined with a gentle melee of red fruits and fresh acidity finished by a very light touch of spice. Food pairing - Charcuterie and terrines or cuisine such as pork stir-fry or braised beef.
