The Marcassin Marcassin Vineyard Chardonnay 2006 is a full-bodied single-vineyard white wine from one of California`s prominent producers, founded by Helen Turley. This Chardonnay is sourced from the estate`s 10-acre vineyard, benefiting from the cooling maritime influences of the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are harvested early to maintain freshness, then whole-cluster pressed and fermented with natural yeasts. The wine ages for around 12 months in new French oak barrels.
