Martires Finca Allende 2022 is a white wine primarily crafted from the Viura grape, sourced from the meticulously maintained Finca Mártires vineyard established in 1970. The grapes are manually harvested and undergo a rigorous selection process. Fermentation occurs in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees Celsius for 24 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, during which it is regularly stirred on its lees to enhance texture.
