Merchant's description
The 2014 Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc is a blend of 24% Viognier, 24% Petit Manseng, 23% Chardonnay, 13% Chenin Blanc and 16% of rare grape varieties. The wine underwent skin maceration for 5 to 7 days followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. As the wine aged, the youthful fruitiness evolved, giving way to new flavours reminiscent of sherry or a Sauternes, showcasing a subtle oxidative character with exceptional finesse.
