The wine matured for six years in the cellars, emerges as an Extra Brut with a dosage of five grams per litre. The nose reveals aromas of baked bread, fresh brioche and almond, evolving into notes of white peach and watermelon. With its rich structure, the palate exhibits nuances of florals and herbs, concluding with a long, subtly bitter finish. Available here in magnum.
