Merchant's description
Moulin de Gassac is the everyday label from Mas de Daumas Gassac, the estate that put the Languedoc on the serious wine map back in the 1970s. This Viognier is everything the grape should be: generous, aromatic, and just a little bit heady — peach skin and apricot blossom with a gingery warmth and the kind of waxy texture that keeps you coming back for another glass. It's not trying to be Condrieu, but it shares the same spirit of grape-first winemaking done with real conviction.
