Pavillon Blanc is the white wine produced by the prestigious Château Margaux. It is considered one of the finest white wines from Bordeaux, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak, to add complexity and structure. While the 1991 vintage conditions were challenging, the reputation and expertise of Château Margaux as a prestigious producer played a fundamental a role in the quality of this release.
