The 2007 Penfolds Grange is a blend of 97% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, matured for 21 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. Still very youthful, the wine reveals aromas of black cherry, with hints of prune, cinnamon and eucalyptus. Full bodied with a very elegant tannin structure and powerful persistent finish. Drink or hold.
