Champagne Pertois-Lebrun is a family-owned estate in Cramant, that is closely linked to the Côte des Blancs since the beginning of the 1900s. Today the estate is headed up by brothers Clément and Antoine. L`Extravertie is a lively and expressive Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay aged on the fine lees for 10 months. Aromas of buttered brioche opening up to chalky notes, grapefruit and white-fleshed fruits on the nose. Fresh and generous attack, light and integrated effervescence. Fruity, succulent, with a delicious lemon-flavoured acidity and a chalky, elegant and creamy minerality. Harmonious and soft finish. The perfect match for shellfish, cured meats and fruity cheeses.
