Rathfinny Wine Estate was established in 2010 in Sussex and enjoys the ideal climate, chalk soil and aspect for producing world-class sparkling wine. This is the inaugural release of the Blanc de Noirs, a delicious blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier aged for 36 months on lees. A rich and creamy wine, perfect with Asian-style crab cakes.
