Ruinart Rosé NV is a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, mostly sourced from Premier Cru vineyards. The nose is defined by fruity aromas, such as cherries and fresh red berries. The palate gives way to a supple, rounded and silky texture, with bright flavours of red fruits, spicy undertones and a touch of mint. An excellent rosé to complement Japanese dishes such as sashimi or tuna tartare.
