Owned by luxury fashion house Chanel since 1994, Château Rauzan-Ségla is a Second Growth wine estate located within the Margaux appellation. The 2006 Grand Vin is a blend of 53 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 44 % Merlot and 3 % Petit Verdot, aged for 18 months in oak barrels [50% new]. On the nose, expect a delicate blend of black and red fruits, cherries and candied fruits. The palate reveals notes of orange and blonde tobacco with floral undertones.
