Merchant's description
Réserve de la Comtesse is the exceptionally popular second wine of Pauillac Second Growth, Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande. It offers a wonderful snapshot of the estate set within a more medium-bodied and supple framework and is excellent for earlier drinking. Packed with notes of sweet cherries and strawberries, the 2009 vintage is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend (53%).
