A superb tribute and reflection of the great traditions of the Salice Salentino region in the core of the heal of Italy. 100% Negroamaro that post steel tank fermentation, sees a minimum ageing period of 24 months with at least 6 months in wood barrels giving the well-deserved 'Riserva' credentials. The inviting nose of rich red berries and the subtle barrel-age notes follow through onto the silky smooth and harmonious palate. One to be savoured roasted or red meats and mature cheeses. Please note that while the producer of this wine follows Vegan Friendly procedures in the production of this wine, it does not have Vegan marked on the label.
