Founded in 1994 by Manfred and Elaine Krankl, Sine Qua Non is perhaps the most famous of all the California cult wineries and is renowned for producing exceptionally limited quantities of wines made from the classic varieties of the Rhône Valley. Ode to E Syrah is a blend of 94% Syrah, 4% Grenache and 2% Viognier all from their estate Eleven Confessions Vineyard and is part of the Extended Barrel-Aged program having spent just shy of 4 years in barrel.
